Ship Asea       Compass Rose

The Shipmates of the United States Navy destroyers, THE SULLIVANS, join together to:

  • Promote the memory of George, Francis, Madison, Joseph, and Albert; the Sullivan brothers who died when their ship, USS Juneau (CL 52), sank after being torpedoed by a Japanese submarine during the battle for Guadalcanal on November 13, 1942.
  • Continue the spirit and unity that lived and continues to live among the crews of these gallant ships, USS The Sullivans (DD 537) and USS The Sullivans (DDG 68), during the years of service to our nation.
  • Promote and foster fellowship, camaraderie, and communication among our members and their families.
  • Pledge our continued loyalty to our great country.
  • Honor the memory of our departed shipmates.
